How do I receive the funds I raise?+
Complete the Merchant & Deposit Settings by creating a Merchant Account linked to Stripe. After validation, deposits activate and your first deposit typically arrives 2-3 business days later. Your payout schedule is posted in your Merchant & Deposit Settings.
What is text-to-give and how does it work?+
Supporters text a unique Snowball number with a keyword, receive a link to a donation page, and complete their gift. Each trigger word is tied to a specific campaign or donation page. Text-to-give is available on Premium, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Snowball charges only the annual plan fee and per-transaction credit card processing fees. There are no additional platform fees, penalties, or hidden charges, and donors can choose to cover processing fees.
Can I migrate my existing donor data?+
Yes. Snowball provides CSV-based upload tools to move your existing supporters and past transactions into the platform.
What support and training do I get?+
Every plan includes training through documentation and live online sessions, plus ongoing customer support. All plans also include unlimited admin users.
Can I change my campaign URL after creating it?+
Campaign page URLs are generated from the campaign name. You can change the campaign name itself, but the URL cannot be updated. Support can help fix typos or mistakes.
